Purpose and Audience
This guide provides instructions on how to login to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Kiro. This guide is intended for UW staff who have recieved access from UWIT to AWS Kiro.
Logging into Kiro
- Download the Kiro App https://kiro.dev/downloads/
- Open the app, if you are already logged in, make sure you sign out. Select the account button on the bottom left
- Select sign out
- Click sign in
- Select Your organization
- Select Sign in via IAM Identity Center instead - small purple writing
- Enter https://uw.awsapps.com/start to the start URL
- Enter us-west-2 for the region
- Sign in with your UW NetID
- Allow Kiro IDE to access your data
- You are now logged in and can start a project
